“Your Inner State is Reflected in Your Breath Patterns” — DAnny White
Yoga Therapy for Real Life
Individualized practices. Practical tools. Greater awareness, regulation, and choice.
Danny White Yoga Therapy Services provides Yoga Therapy programs for treatment centers, schools, organizations, groups, and individuals.
We use movement, breath, sensory awareness, meditation, sound, and reflection to help people better understand what they are experiencing and discover practices that support how they want to live.
Begin With What Is Happening Now
We do not begin with a preset sequence or assume that the same practice will work for everyone.
We begin by recognizing what is present. We observe how the body, breath, senses, thoughts, emotions, environment, and life experience may be interacting. From there, we develop practices that meet the needs of the person or group in front of us.
The progression is simple:
Awareness. Regulation. Agency.
When people can recognize what they are experiencing, they have a greater opportunity to respond with intention rather than react automatically.
