“There’s a Breath for That”
A Small Turn of the Wheel
As the New Year rolls in, many of us feel that familiar urge to change our lives.
New year. New rules. New version of me.
And often… we go big.
Really big.
Yoga Therapy teaches something beautiful about this:
when we move to one extreme, the energy of the opposite is already gathering, waiting to swing us back.
I’ve lived this one personally.
Good Enough!
Good Enough?
I have a friend who, when you ask him how he’s doing, simply says, “Good enough.”
At first, I thought that sounded limiting — almost like settling.
But the more I sat with it, the more I realized something quietly profound was hiding inside those two words.
Feeling Stronger Everyday - Inch by Inch
As we step into a new year, it’s easy to feel the pressure to change everything at once. Big goals. Big resolutions. Big bites.
Lately, I’ve been choosing something quieter — inch by inch movement.
I want you to know I’m right in this with you. I’m making small, imperfect, human choices too. One of mine has been around food — choosing a bit more intention, a bit more nourishment, and letting that be enough for now. Not every meal. Not every day. Just enough to build momentum.
Mirror of the Holiday
Welcome to the week the holidays begin.
Before the gatherings, before the meals, before the travel—
I invite you to pause and ask yourself one simple question:
What is my biggest challenge with the holidays?
Take a moment right now and actually name it.
